They came the next day, covered the rugs, brought in their equipment, and went to work not bothering me at all. They finished faster than I expected and they cut the price. The summer before last, North Valley Cleaning came to our house to clean our HVAC system. At first, I wasn't sure this would be so helpful, but Tad Espinosa convinced me to try his service. He came out with a big box truck that he had equipped with a separate diesel engine inside, running a huge vacuum with a 10-inch-wide suction hose. He and his employee pulled the hose into the house, along with some compressed air lines, being careful to protect all the wall corners and carpeting.

They proceeded to go throughout the house, attaching that giant vacuum hose up to the air vents, while using a special Medusa-like agitator running off compressed air to loosen debris deep within the ducts from the other ends. Tad also spent time cleaning the air handler and sealing any gaps and leaks that he could find. After he left, the improvement was very apparent.

The air conditioner's output was much cooler than before and there was no stale smell in the air, as there had been. It just smelled like fresh air. When it got colder, the heater worked more efficiently and didn't put off the usual smell, either. It has been almost two years since North Valley Cleaning did their work, and I still register plainly that the system is working much better than it did before.

North Valley Cleaning had excellent service. I received a quick response to schedule an appointment and they were able to fit my project into their schedule right away. The owner and his staff worked fast, efficient and did an exceptionally thorough job. The previous tenants had smoked inside the house for 9 year and there was heavy smoke damage to the inside of the house. Tad and his crew were able to fully remove the smoke smell from the ducting, furnace and fireplace.
